Joseph Bertolino began his real estate business with EXP of Northern CA after successfully selling an independent insurance agency which he’d built, owned, and operated very successfully for 8 years.
In addition to his experience in residential brokerage, Joseph Bertolino is an active real estate investor. His experience in residential rehab provides his clients with an added dimension of service. Joe is an invaluable resource in analyzing investment opportunities, his experience enables him to see values that others overlook and to work with architects and builders to monetize it. This perspective can be useful to clients as they decide whether to purchase, improve, or sell one of their most important assets.
Joe holds a BA from the University of Tennessee in Psychology with focused studies on consumer behavior, he is widely recognized as one of the best-trained negotiators in the business.
Joe is married and a proud father of two wonderful kids who live in El Dorado Hills. Joe is a native Sacramentan, he attended Jesuit High School and Sacramento City College before earning a baseball scholarship to the University of Tennessee. He loves introducing those new to the area to its various neighborhoods and niches. In his spare time, Joe is a rabid college sports fan (GO VOLS!), youth sports coach, fledgling golfer, architecture buff, and aspiring art collector.
